Use of state of the art equipment and of the latest methods for handling and bottling water, full quality control at all stages of the process, strict adherence to rules of good hygiene practices and safe distribution of the products represent, together with the uncoerced contribution on the part of Nature, the absolutely necessary conditions ensuring the SOUROTI’s products reach the consumers in perfect state and that they are totally hygiene and safe.
In order to ensure the existence of the aforesaid conditions, SOUROTI S.A. has developed and adopted and is currently implementing management systems that guarantee the high and constant quality of its products as well as strict compliance with the current European and Greek legislation. A Quality Management System, in line with the ISO 9002 standard, was first developed and adopted by SOUROTI S.A. in 1997. Today SOUROTI S.A. implements a Quality Management System in line with the ELOT ΕΝ ISO 9001: 2008 standard and a Food Safety Management System in line with the ELOT ΕΝ ISO 22000: 2005 standard.
The above Management Systems have been certified by ELOT (the Hellenic Organisation for Standardisation). They, first and foremost, ensure the consumer’s trust and provide an edge facilitating access to foreign markets.
SOUROTI S.A. has a team of specialised scientists, who combine the required knowledge and experience regarding the latest technology on water handling and bottling.
Furthermore, SOUROTI S.A. has a fully equipped laboratory to carry out all quality control tests that are required throughout the various stages of the production process.
